New Elmbridge Community Connectors website launched

A new website has been launched to help support and signpost residents to find local support, services, and opportunities more easily. 

The Elmbridge Community Connectors website is now live and is part of wider work to strengthen community support in Elmbridge, helping more people access the right advice and services while building a sustainable model for the future. 

At the heart of the programme is a new network of Community Connectors. These trained local volunteers will help ensure residents are guided to the support and services they need  

The website includes, how to get support, training and events, the Community Connector role, and how to sign up for newsletter updates. 

Together, the website and Community Connectors will make it easier for people to find information, services and local opportunities that can make a positive difference to their lives.
